Full Disclosure Transparency To Agents or Brokers

Before proceeding or setting a time to tour the property, we want to provide full transparency regarding our role.
Depending on the property, 360 Realty Partners, llc may serve as the owner, investor, partner, home improvement company, or property manager of the home you have inquired about.
For Realtors: As outlined on our website, unless otherwise specified, all of our listed properties—whether for lease or sale—are offered on a “non-compensation” basis @ $0 dollars to buying brokers.
This means that any fee and or “commission” you may require must be collected directly from your clients as per your signed buyer or tenant agency agreement, again we are happy to cooperate in allowing your buyer to tour and place an offer.
Additionally, we priorities offers without added seller concession language relating to your company’s commission fee.
For our rentals, we require a fee of one month’s rent from the incoming tenant paid to 360 Realty Partners, llc.
