 How It All Began

The idea of merging property care with real estate services was born from a conversation between seasoned realtor-broker John Rapicano and local contractor Joe Cucchiara. The two met during a home renovation in Madison and quickly realized the potential of combining their expertise. As they received increasing requests to streamline homeownership services, they saw an opportunity to create an innovative one-call solution for homeowners, landlords, buyers and investors—handling everything from sales and rentals to renovations, maintenance, and property management.

In 2013, this vision became reality with the launch of Good Hands Property Care (GHPC), LLC, a licensed home improvement and maintenance company. Six years later, GHPC expanded its scope by establishing its own real estate firm, 360 Realty Partners, LLC. Today, these two entities function as one, seamlessly working together to provide comprehensive support as clients’ needs and lifestyles evolve.
