How Things Got Started
The concept of property care combined with a real estate company was created during a discussion between seasoned realtor, John Rapicano, and local contractor, Joe Cucchiara, who met during a home renovation in Madison. Both had numerous requests to combine their skills and knowledge to give homeowners, landlords and investors an innovative ONE-CALL solution in every aspect of home ownership. We handle sales, rentals, renovations, maintenance and management care.
In 2013, Good Hands Property Care (GHPC), LLC (licensed home improvements and maintenance) was formed. Six years later, GHPC saw the need to expand and establish their own real estate company, 360 Realty Partners, LLC. Today, both companies operate as one entity and seamlessly work together to offer even more support for our clients as their needs and lifestyles transition.
