Before moving forward, we want to be completely transparent about our role as well as how we better assist home buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
Depending on the specific property, 360 Realty Partners, LLC or Good Hands Property Care, LLC may serve or act as the owners, investors, partners, home improvement contractor (under our parent company GHPC), and or property managers on the home you may be inquiring about.
As noted here—and in an automated text message you may have received,—unless explicitly stated otherwise, all of our properties, whether for sale or lease, are typically offered on a non-compensation basis to outside brokerage companies.
This means that any commissions or fees you or your broker require must be collected directly from your clients in accordance with your now MANDATORY-NAR complainant signed buyer or tenant agency agreement.
This approach has consistently helped our clients immensely on both sides of the transaction save money and negotiating much more favorable terms.
We are happy to work with outside brokerages and have successfully closed many transactions inside this method.
· For properties we’re selling: We prioritize clean offers "Without" additional seller concessions related your brokerage desired compensation. Additionally we require your clients provide our listing agents with a current mortgage pre-approval which can be emailed to the respected listing agent or broker of record. This saves time for all parties.
· For properties we’re leasing: 360 Realty Partners collects one month’s rent from the incoming tenant as our leasing fee.
360 Realty Partners only accepts seller or landlord referrals.
