The formation of our property care, management and real estate concept was created out of a discussion between a twenty-year seasoned realtor, John Rapicano and a thirty five-year strong dependable local contractor, Joe Cucchiara who met in 2006 during a real estate transaction.
Both had high demands as well as numerous requests to combine their skills and knowledge to give home owners, landlords and investors an innovative ONE-CALL-SOLUTION in all facets of home ownership, sales, rentals, renovations, maintenance and property care.
When a home owner is thinking about selling, leasing or leaving their home vacant for a long or short time, traditional realtors / companies typically point out items in need of repair, maintenance or updating. Often that's combined with things you may already need help with. Traditional realtors can only leave you a list of people to call or hear them say "I know this guy or maybe just ask your neighbor to watch your house"
The big difference is they have no control over the costs of who they recommend, quality of work they perform or most importantly their / your schedules. Ever try getting a plumber to fix a drippy faucet or an electrician to replace one faulty light switch without it being a hassle of being home?
